Bookings

1. Please note we require EFT Payments to confirm bookings. 

50% Deposit during Mon – Thurs

100% Deposit for Fri & Sat 

2. Deposits must be made within an hour of making your appointment. Should the payment not be made within an hour, your appointment is automatically cancelled from our system. 

3. Online bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit/full payment.

4. Payments may be transferred or refunded should you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of making your booking.   

5. We will not entertain refunds should you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

6. For late arrivals(more than 10 minutes), no shows or on the day cancellations, the client will be charged the full 100% of the service booked. The client will not be able to make another booking with Bedazzled Beauty Studio until payments are up to date. 

7. Should you “reschedule” your appointment on the day, this will be seen as a cancellation. The client will be charged 100% of the services booked and a new appointment will be made, requiring a new payment. 

8. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to help you, please arrive on time for appointment. If mutiple services were booked, we cannot guarantee we can assist you with all your appointments. 

9. We have a strict no refund policy on completed services.

10. We do have card facilities at our premises, should you wish to swipe with us, a 3% card fee will be charged.

11. Guests under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by their parents/guardian’s and a consent form must be signed.

12. A consultation form will need to be filled in prior to your appointment.   

13. Please advise should you have any medical conditions or on any medication prior to your appointment.
